Confirmation
Confirmation is a discipleship program for 7th and 8th graders in our church. These young people meet with the senior pastor on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 a.m. It is a two year program focused on studying the Old and New Testaments. It is based on the Bible and it is clearly Christ centered. Students are also strongly encouraged to attend the Middle School retreat at Pilgrim Pines and to attend summer camp at Camp Squanto. All of these experiences are intended to give our young people a solid foundation for their spiritual lives. At the end of this two year process students participate in a confirmation service. This is not a graduation. Confirmation is seen as a beginning not and ending in our church.
