Leading
The two primary groups of leaders at Salem Covenant Church are the Church Council and the Fellowship Council. The Church Council make decisions about the ministries and how things are being run. The Fellowship Council organizes activities and helps to support programs with refreshments and deeper levels of organization. Leadership at Salem Covenant Church is done from the bottom up. We follow the model that Jesus set. He said that he came "not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many" (Matthew 20:28). Our goal is to use our authority to make a difference in our church and our world by serving others.
